What to expect

We process orders promptly: most purchases are prepared and dispatched from our warehouse within 1–3 business days of order confirmation. Once shipped, standard domestic delivery generally takes 3–7 business days depending on your location and carrier. If you need your order sooner, expedited shipping options are available at checkout and will be confirmed in your shipping confirmation email. As soon as your package is on the way we will send shipment details and a tracking number so you can follow it from dispatch to delivery.

For international orders, transit times vary by destination and customs processing; please allow additional time for customs clearance and local carrier handling. International customers are responsible for any import duties, VAT, or taxes charged by their country — these fees are not included in our shipping prices and are payable to the carrier or customs authority.
