Returns & Exchanges Policy

1. Overview

At Long Sleeve Swimsuit Co., we want you to love what you ordered. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help with returns and exchanges.

2. How Long You Have

  • You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the date you receive your item.
  • After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange unless the item is defective or there was a mistake on our part.

3. Eligible Items

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must:

  • Be in all its original condition (unused, with tags still attached)
  • Be unworn, unwashed, and free from any damage, stains, or odors
  • Be returned in the original packaging (if provided)

4. Non-Returnable / Excluded Items

Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, including:

  • Swimwear bottoms without sanitary liner (if applicable)
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or personalized items

5. Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, we’re happy to exchange your item for an identical product (if available). Just follow the return process below, and once we receive the original item and inspect it, we’ll ship the replacement at no extra cost (if the exchange is due to our error or a manufacturing defect).

6. Return & Refund Process

  1. Contact our Customer Support team at support@longsleeveswimsuitco.com] with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
  2. Once approved, we’ll provide you with a Return Authorization and instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Ship the item using a trackable shipping method. You’ll be responsible for shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
  4. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
  5. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. It may take extra time for your bank or credit card company to reflect the credit.

7. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Returns due to a defect, wrong item shipped, or damages in transit: We cover the return shipping cost.
  • Other returns (e.g., change of mind, wrong size): Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. Provide photos of the issue and packaging. Once confirmed, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement—your choice.

9. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • Log in to your account, go to “Orders” and select the item you want to return, or

    • Your name & order number
    • Item you want to return / exchange
    • Reason for return/exchange
    • Desired replacement (if exchanging)

10. Additional Notes

  • Please keep the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • We recommend insuring the return shipment – in case it gets lost during transit.
  • Refunds are processed on business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
